Who we
are looking for:

Highly motivated, passionate organic chemist holding a PhD in organic chemistry with hands-on experience in general organic chemistry, multi-step synthesis, from milligram to multi-gram scale. Knowledge of modern analytical techniques and chemistry software/databases is not only required, but a must. Additional experience in route-scouting or medium-scale synthesis would be a plus, as well as other specific skills such as parallel synthesis and/or flow chemistry. Ability to work under time pressure and tight deadlines on research projects is important. Previous experience in industry is not required but will clearly be an advantage. Fluency in English and strong communication skills to share results (orally and in writing) are essential.

The successful candidates must demonstrate their capabilities in problem-solving and in working in an autonomous manner.
