Our library consists of sp3-rich (more 3D-like) conformationally restricted 3-exit vectors scaffolds. Each orthogonal function has been selected for its high reactivity to secure high rate of chemical transformation onto DNA. We provide various nitrogen containing moieties such as N-protected Fmoc, N-protected Boc or nitro that can easily be converted into the corresponding reactive amines.
